Patrick Strickland is a Special Agent for the Poarch Creek Gaming Commission and serves as Investment Chair and CIEDA Board of Directors. Strickland is an enrolled member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians (PBCI) and has been employed by the Tribe for 15 years.

While serving as the Investment Chair for the Tribal Investment Committee, he has cultivated an extensive knowledge base for analyzing investment opportunities and developing financial sustainability. Strickland excels in analyzing investment portfolios to keep PBCI on the path to economic success while working with various Tribal leadership, committee members, and CFOs.

Strickland is a certified Fraud Investigator and has worked in the gaming industry for over a decade, gaining extensive experience in gaming regulation, asset protection, and fraud examination. He has served on various boards and committees within the Tribe, including the Athletic Commission, Utility Authority, and Regulatory Commission.

He holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University and has completed Harvard Business School’s Leading with Finance program.
