He possesses a thorough understanding of commercial and government regulatory frameworks, ensuring strict compliance and operational excellence across all departments.

Beyond his leadership in the gaming industry, Timothy Ramer is the Owner and President of Ramer Farms, where he manages all aspects of agricultural production, livestock operations, and land services. Earlier in his career, he served as an assistant property manager and service quality director at PCI Gaming Authority, overseeing property expansions, loyalty program development, and large-scale operational improvements.
