Timothy Ramer brings over twenty years of leadership experience to his current role as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Wind Creek Casino in Atmore, Alabama, where he drives property performance and team leadership to achieve both profitability and elevated customer experience. Known for a hands-on leadership style and dedication to team development, Ramer successfully directs large, cross-functional teams while managing multi-million-dollar budgets in complex operational environments. He excels in contract administration, program management, internal auditing, and developing standard operating procedures. He possesses a thorough understanding of commercial and government regulatory frameworks, ensuring strict compliance and operational excellence across all departments.

Beyond his leadership in the gaming industry, Timothy Ramer is the Owner and President of Ramer Farms, where he manages all aspects of agricultural production, livestock operations, and land services. This entrepreneurial venture highlights his versatility and strong connection to community-based business. Earlier in his career, he served as an assistant property manager and service quality director at PCI Gaming Authority, overseeing property expansions, loyalty program development, and large-scale operational improvements. He also held quality and production management positions in the manufacturing sector, where he implemented ISO-aligned systems to optimize processes and ensure federal compliance.

Ramer has led governance initiatives as Chairman of Muskogee Technology’s Board and as a Poarch Creek Tribal Council Member, contributing to strategic planning and community advancement.
