CIEDA Small Business Loan Program - Business Profiles
The loan program was launched in April 2007 and has experienced a 95 percent success rate in its applicants. The CIEDA board and Tribal Council aspires to see participants prosper and created the program so Tribal Members have a chance to pursue what they love.

Neal is president of Neal Realty and Investments Inc. and has been in business for 26 years. The company is a leader in the commercial real estate field in South Florida.
Neal’s expertise is in all phases of commercial real estate, including sales and leasing, tenant representation, property management and build-to-suit. He also has a diversified background, with experience in retail, office, industrial and vacant land transactions.
Shawn Rolin - Rolin Construction
Rolin Construction's goal is excellence at every level. During the past 10 years, the company has grown from a small renovation and home builder to providing state-of-the-art developments for not only Poarch and Atmore communities, but in Alabama, Florida, Louisiana and Mississippi.
Rolin Construction is owned and operated by Tribal Member Shawn Rolin, son of Eugene "Buster" and Bessie Rolin, and his wife, Stephanie.
Christy Huskey — Huskey Printing
Making the decision to venture into the business world isn’t easy. But tribal member Christy Huskey knows firsthand the benefits of running her own business and is a true success story of the CIEDA Small Business Loan Program. Huskey used the program to purchase Advance Printing, and she and her husband ran the company together. Huskey said one of the benefits and goals of the loan was spending more quality time with her family and being able to do the things she wanted to do.
Nancy Lowrey — Sizemore Creek Beverage Co.
Nancy Lowrey has done more than get her feet wet in the business world — she dove in and started swimming. Founded in 2009, Sizemore Creek Beverage Co. is a wholesale beverage business that provides coffee, private-label water and tea to all Wind Creek Casino locations, as well as to the Mobile Bay Bears and Pensacola Blue Wahoos baseball teams. Getting this loan was easier than dealing with a bank, Lowrey said, because the interest rate and terms were better.
Minnie Sheffield — Buds N Bows
When in doubt, most people purchase flowers as gifts or to show love and appreciation. At Buds N Bows by Minnie, the statistics are no different. The floral shop in Thomasville, Ala., sits on 1.55 acres, directly across from Wal-Mart on Highway 43. Tribal Member Minnie Sheffield does arrangements for funerals, weddings, special occasions and holidays, as well as anything else a customer might want.
