Despite rain hampering the project, it is still moving at a rapid pace. The garage construction is progressing on schedule. The elevated slabs in Section "A" and Section "D" have been completed and the concrete elevator tower has topped out. The 1st half of level 2, Section "B" has been poured and formwork for the 1st half of level 3, Section "B" and level 2, Section "E" is in progress. The slab-on-grade under Section "C" as well as the slab-on-grade under the ramps has been placed. Formwork for the speed ramps up the South side of the garage has begun. The schedule anticipates the entire new garage will be "poured out" by the end of May.
The hotel tower construction is also continuing as planned. The seventh floor of the Tower has now been placed and as forms are stripped, the contractor is starting installation of overhead rough-in of ductwork & sprinklers and is laying-out and installing metal stud partitions in the first & second floors. Exterior studs are being placed at the ground floor of the Hotel Tower.
Construction of the Casino structure is getting close to completion. The structural steel has been erected for the Back-of-House (BOH), F&B Venues, the Garage Connector and the Entry Rotunda. Steel for the main Casino floor is approximately 80% complete and should be done within the next two weeks. Exterior metal studs and sheathing on the BOH is approximately 90% complete and the finish coat of the Exterior EIFS has begun. Roofing of the BOH areas is complete and interior partitions are being installed.
The Construction Agreement has been executed with a Contract Completion Date of February 14, 2014, and Interim Completion Dates of December 16, 2013, for the Gaming Floor & Food Venues, November 1, 2013, for the Back-of-House and October 15, 2013, for the Parking Garage. The Project remains on track to meet or beat these dates. - Creek Casino Montgomery Parking Lot Expansion

The site is extremely wet due to the recent rains. The grading subcontractor remobilized and has managed to install a few lifts of fill material on the rear loop road behind the ALF as weather permitted. - Assisted Living Facility
The Contractor, S. Rolin - White-Spunner, has been delayed by rain and wet site conditions. They have been pouring column foundations and footings in the area of the rear bus canopy and entrance to the SAIL Center as weather permits. In addition, they have continued to erect structural steel, metal roof decking, and structural roof top equipment screens. The metal stud framing subcontractor has mobilized and has started framing walls in the back-of-house and kitchen areas. The grading subcontractor has also remobilized and has worked to install fill materials in the rear loop road as weather permits. - Tribal Health Clinic
The Contractor, S. Rolin - White-Spunner, has been delayed by recent rains and wet site conditions. However, their concrete subcontractor has managed to work around the rainy weather and made the first slab-on-grade pour consisting of approximately one third of the building area on 2/6/13 and made a second pour on 2/14/13. The concrete subcontractor continues to pour the below grade building foundations and column footings, and the plumbing and electrical subcontractors continue to install below grade rough-ins as weather allows. The first loads of structural steel were delivered and steel erection is underway.

SS&A is working with BIA to resolve a few items regarding terminology used to describe boundaries on the updated plans. Hopefully these matters will be resolved and the plans resubmitted to BIA for final approval soon. - Entertainment District Building
Rain events have halted slab pours for the facility and schedule affects are anticipated. This process will result in partial de-mucking of the soils and treatment of the subgrade. This will also ultimately result in extra project expenses directly due to the tremendous rain events and lack of sunshine. The General Contractor has been asked to provide a revised construction schedule that reflects the rain delays as not to change the July 04, 2013, opening date. Structural steel erection is reaching completion with masonry construction at or around the same level of completion. Facility Roofing is anticipated to begin soon pending rain events. Third Party inspections by PSI/Peterson engineering have been ongoing. The project is still scheduled for substantial completion on or before July 04, 2013. The project expenses currently remain within the overall budget set forth in programming. - MBWR Lake Expansion
Dredging continues and progress is being made. - Airport & 12th
