Schematic design of this new facility is in process and construction is anticipated to commence this summer. - Creek Casino Montgomery Expansion
Currently working with the engineer to further expand the parking lot and make sewer improvements. - Creek Travel Plaza
Site grading operations are continuing. The building framing has commenced with concrete columns being placed and the structural masonry walls being erected. Completion is scheduled for July 2012 with an anticipated opening date in August 2012. - Ashland Avenue Project
The utility work is progressing. The lots are expected to be ready for housing development within the next few months. All lift station equipment has been final approved by ECUA and is on order. The new anticipated finish date based on delivery of the lift station parts and pieces is April 11, 2012. - Poarch Assisted Living Center and Poarch Health Clinic
The architectural team has begun the process of reviewing site adjustments as directed by Tribal Council and the CIEDA Board of Directors. Schedule and cost analyses are ongoing. - Entertainment District Project
The architects and consultants have been released to perform a study and design process to relocate the Entertainment District. Preliminary design and drawings are being created for consideration by CIEDA. - Magnolia Branch Wildlife Reserve - Lake Expansion
Work is continuing on the lake expansion efforts at Magnolia Branch.
