Tim Manning is an enrolled member of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians and resides in Walnut Hill, Florida. Mr. Manning currently holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration/Management from the University of West Florida. Mr. Manning has been employed with the Poarch Band of Creek Indians since January, 2002, and is currently employed with Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority (CIEDA) as the Chief Operating Officer. In Mr. Manning's current position, he is responsible for integrating the strategic plan of Creek Indian Enterprises Development Authority into the daily operations, while providing communication, leadership, and guidance to management as necessary to ensure that CIEDA has the proper operational controls, administrative, and reporting procedures in place to effectively grow the organization.
On January 14, 2010, Mr. Manning was appointed by the Tribal Council of the Poarch Band of Creek Indians to serve as a Director on the Board of the PCI Gaming Authority. Mr. Manning currently serves as the Chairman for the PCI Gaming Authority.
